Who is responsible

When you use the contact form, I may collect the information you provide, which can include:

• Approximate budget and preferred timeline (if provided)

I do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through this website.

Why information is collected

Personal information from the contact form is collected to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Understand your project needs and suggest a practical next step
• Prepare a proposal, estimate, or website review when requested
• Communicate about potential or ongoing work

The legal basis for processing is typically your request to receive a response (pre-contractual steps) and/or legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

How contact-form information is processed

Form submissions are sent securely to my inbox using a third-party form delivery service (currently Web3Forms). The information is then reviewed by me so I can reply by email.

I do not sell your personal information. I do not use contact-form data for unrelated marketing lists.

Third-party processors

Depending on how the website is hosted and how forms are delivered, the following categories of providers may process information on my behalf:

• Form delivery provider — receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to my email (for example, Web3Forms)
• Hosting / deployment provider — hosts the website and may process standard server logs (for example, Vercel or a similar host)
• Email provider — stores and delivers enquiry-related email correspondence

These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services.

How long information may be retained

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and, if relevant, to manage a project relationship. If no project proceeds, messages are typically deleted or anonymised within 12 months, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business reasons.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use non-essential cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools that require consent. If that changes in the future, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including the GDPR), you may have the right to request:

• Access to the personal information I hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your information
• Restriction of, or objection to, certain processing
